Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are handcrafted and made to order. Processing times typically range from 5 to 10 business days depending on the complexity of the design.

Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched via your chosen shipping method.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Options & Costs
We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): £4.25

Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days): £3.39

Delivery & Tracking

All orders are shipped via reputable courier services, and a tracking number will be provided once dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. SparkBox Studio is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges

Customised / Personalised items - We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

Stock / Standard items - If for any reason you do not want your order please notify us by email at lawrence@sparkboxstudios.co.uk within 5 working days of receipt of delivery. If approved via email you will be required to send it back in the original packing to Lawrence Cooke, 135 High Road, Harleston, Needham, IP209LG - You will be liable to cover any postage costs. A refund will be given on receipt of the item and on the condition it is still in a saleable condition.
